Amidst the outbreak of Covid-19, one of the fast-spreading diseases we are faced with nothing but ‘stress’. Studies have failed to cure this disease. There are many ailments that have been treated well by the doctors and others. Nevertheless, this mental disease of stress is still hard to fight with. It’s not right to narrow down stress under the term disease, yet if it’s not taken care of in the beginning stage, it can become a disease. I am damn sure nobody would allow reaching that complicated level.
It may be hard to fight stress, but it doesn’t mean that we won’t be able to do that. Our daily morning habit is one of the best solutions for this so-called disease. It is nothing but the habit of drinking coffee. There is a strong element in coffee viz caffeine. Caffeine consumed through coffee can lift you from any mood swings or stress and boost up your energy level.
We may spend a lot of money on medicines for stress as the age goes by—may visit psychologists every day for counseling and the rest. However, we have forgotten the simple and powerful medicine for stress. I am not sure any doctor would suggest that. The medicine is nothing but a strong cup of filter coffee. Indeed, intake of filter coffee is very good for stress and heart disease too.
Every morning coffee is no offense, rather it’s a very good free medicine you’re consuming without your knowledge. It does its own duty. Though you have consumed coffee for the sake of habit, every sip you drink is a boost for your health. I hope that hereafter you may drink coffee for the taste and for your health as well.
